The baseball cap bump cap, with solid polyethylene cap insert, is sporty and fun to wear. The outer poly/cotton baseball cap is a one size fits all, high profile, 6 panel design with top of cap holes for cooling air flow. Inside, a separate hard plastic polyethylene shell cap insert encircles top, front and both sides of head to protect against bumps and scrapes, secures easily in our Vulcan® baseball caps, and includes corresponding holes for cooling ventilation and foam padding against head to enhance comfort.
