What's Included # Electric Door Strike 8-16VAC - For Schlage 5-S This model can be powered with either 8-16VAC (250mA) or 3-6VDC (900mA). When operating off AC power, the door strike will produce a buzzing sound while power is applied. When operating off DC power, a gentle 'click' is heard. Also available in a 12VDC version. The unit is reversible for left- or right-handed doors. Once installed, the door can still be operated using a key. Both strikes remain locked when un-powered. Polished brass finish.
