Power Out Sensor

This sensor can be used with virtually any security/monitoring/home automation system that accepts a dry contact closure as a signal. Use it with the X10 Security System Wireless Transmitters, the JDS TimeCommander Plus, Sensaphone, etc. Contacts rated for 500mA at 30 Volts AC/DC. Closes contacts when AC power is interrupted for 3 1/2 - 8 consecutive minutes contacts are normally open when the power is on.
