In addition, Smarthome Manager PLUS utilizes Microsoft's Human Interface drivers that are already located on all Windows based systems, therefore the end user will not have to install any additional drivers or worry about conflicts with other hardware or software programs or devices. We recommend a computer with a minimum of 300MHz processor, 32MB of RAM memory, and at least one USB or COM port, depending on the type of network interface device used. Some Windows Millennium (Me) users have reported problems with Smarthome Manager PLUS. We suggest downloading the Smarthome Manager Essential (14.4MB) software and installing it on your system. If the software runs when launched on your Windows Me computer, then it should work for you.
