This two-input universal transmitter by Visonic will allow almost any normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contact device to connect wirelessly with a Smarthome SecureLinc Home Security System, sold separately. The transmitter has been designed to communicate back to a SecureLinc Security Kit when a contact has been triggered. The most common applications for this device include protecting doors, windows or other objects in a variety of security and control applications. It is valuable in situations where running wire maybe difficult or impossible to achieve. This is a very reliable wireless piece of equipment that installs in minutes and can function in a wide range of residential and commercial applications.
Protect doors, windows and other objects with this highly reliable device. Both inputs can be set to operate with a normally closed (N.C.) loop or with an end-of-line loop (E.O.L.) loop in which both N.C. and normally open (N.O.) sensors can be used. Each device is employed with a unique ID code and is available in several optional frequencies in compliance with international standards.
When activated, each input initiates an individual 24-bit PowerCode ID message, which identifies it to the target receiver as a separate transmitter. Each ID code is randomly selected from 16 million possible combinations, and is therefore unique and virtually impossible to accidentally reproduce
