During this important time of year, you can teach your children some other important lessons such as how fires are started, how to dial 911, and more. Use the month of October to educate your children about the dangers of fire, and teach them how to react to them. October is a great time to take your kids to a fire station if they will offer tours, or introduce them to some fire fighters.
