Made of commercial grade quality, this door opener works on doorways up to 72" wide and will support right or left handed doors up to 48" wide. STARTRACK is a totally hands free operation, simply walk towards the door and it opens for you automatically, problem free. The system includes motion sensors that can be mounted in close proximity to the sliding door on each side. The sensors are adjustable to suit your particular needs; once in range of the sensors the door will automatically open up. The speed control is completely adjustable and there is a built-in safety mechanism that prevents crushing people or animals when closing.

The STARTRACK provides the automatic opening and closing of a sliding door which is located in a safe domestic area. This door would normally not be locked for the time period of regular usage: such as a patio door during a summer day or while entertaining guests. The STARTRACK system does not have the function of locking a door. The door should remain UNLOCKED when this system is in use. The sliding door to which this automatic system is attached, may be locked at any time (and, for example, during the night) after the power switch controlling the system is shut off.
