Office injuries are extremely dangerous situations because of the lawsuits that can evolve. In office areas, trips and falls are the number one cause of injury, and can be easily prevented. There are many different workplace safety measure to prevent yourself from getting injured in the office including:

• Don't lean back in your chair
• Watch out for slippery surfaces
• Don't read while you are walking
• Use the elevator
• Watch for unsafe conditions
• Keep the floor and walkway clear of cables
